Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: December 8th 2025

At ApothéCrave, each order is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Because of our production process, we follow the cancellation guidelines below.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered production or shipping preparation.

After this window, cancellations may no longer be possible due to our small-batch workflow.

Subscription Order Cancellations

For subscription purchases:

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date

  • Orders already processed cannot be canceled or refunded

  • Once a subscription order ships, it follows our standard Return & Refund Policy

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Pre-order items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

After production begins, pre-orders cannot be canceled due to ingredient sourcing and batch commitments.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled

  • It falls under our standard Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns on opened consumable goods

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders cannot be canceled due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Customers should contact us immediately for address correction requests, though changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

Refund Processing for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

  • Original transaction fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider

Right to Refuse Cancellation

We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests if:

  • The order has entered production

  • The order has been fulfilled or shipped

  • The request falls outside the stated timeframes
