Return & Refund Policy

At ApothéCrave, each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality, safety, and freshness. Because our items are food products intended for personal consumption, we follow strict return and refund guidelines outlined below.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened items

  • Used products

  • Any food item once it has left our facility

This policy protects the safety and integrity of all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: apothecrave@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will gladly offer:

  • A replacement product
    or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was sent

  • The package was lost in transit

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Taste preference

  • Opened products

  • Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet entered production or shipped.
