Thank you for shopping with ApothéCrave. Each order is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and safety. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Times

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Standard processing time: 2-6 business days

  • During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 10–14 business days

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays

Once your order is prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on destination and package size.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

ApothéCrave is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders returned due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, ApothéCrave is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 7 days

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of packaging and product

  • Description of the issue

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because our products contain natural ingredients:

  • Texture may change in warmer temperatures

  • This does not affect product quality or safety

ApothéCrave is not responsible for melting or texture changes due to climate during transit.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons. ApothéCrave cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package has shipped.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.
